Straight answers.
Do I really pay nothing until it's live?
Yes. Your card is saved when you sign, but nothing is charged until you've approved the design and the site is live on your domain.
What do I need to do?
About 15 minutes of voice notes on your phone: six short questions about your business. We write every word and sort the photos.
How long does it take?
We aim to show you the finished site within 10 working days of your voice notes (15 for Premium).
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum, then you can cancel any month with 30 days' notice. Pay-once sites are yours from day one.
Who owns the website and domain?
Your domain is always registered in your name. On a monthly plan the site is yours after 12 payments, or buy it out any time for the one-off price less what you've paid.
I already have a website. Can you replace it?
Yes. We keep your domain, point it at the new site and set up redirects so old links still work.
Will it work alongside my Facebook page?
Yes. Your website works with Facebook rather than replacing it, and gives customers a proper place to find you on Google.
Do you charge VAT?
Our prices include VAT. If you're VAT registered, the ex-VAT price is shown beside each one and you can reclaim the VAT.
