Businesses we contact (prospects)

We research local businesses using public information: business listings, Companies House and the business's own website. We hold the business name, address, phone number, published email address, website and notes about its website. Why: our legitimate interest in offering website services to businesses that may benefit (we have balanced this against your interests and recorded the assessment). We screen phone numbers against the TPS and CTPS before calling, only email limited companies and LLPs, and never email sole traders or partnerships without consent. If we build a free preview of a homepage for your business, it is unlisted, hidden from search engines and deleted after 30 days unless you go ahead. Kept: 12 months after our last contact, then deleted. To opt out: reply "no thanks" to any email or tell us on the phone; we add you to a permanent do-not-contact list (which keeps only your business name and number so we never contact you again).

Clients

We hold the contact and billing details you give us, your voice notes and their transcripts, and the photos and words for your website. Why: to perform our contract with you and to keep accounting records (legal obligation). Voice notes are transcribed on our own computer, not sent to an outside AI service, and are deleted 90 days after your site goes live. Accounting records are kept for 6 years as the law requires.

People who use our clients' websites

When you send a form on a website we look after, we store your message and pass it to that business, which is responsible for it (we act as its processor). Messages are deleted after 12 months. We record anonymous counts of visits and taps on the call button without cookies or personal data. Spam protection by Cloudflare Turnstile may process your IP address and browser signals to check you are human.

Who we share data with

Cloudflare (hosting, forms, spam protection), Resend (email delivery, EU region), Stripe (payments), Odoo S.A. (business software). Some of these may process data outside the UK under UK-approved safeguards. We never sell data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use. Email aaronlee@leecorp.uk. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).
